Raska Gymnasium students, accompanied by geography and history professors Dusica Sretenovic and Marica Vukovic, visited Adriatic Metals Serbia Info Center as part of a student election program "Education for Sustainable Development" led by professor Sretenovic.
The goal of this program is for students to develop a critical, active and responsible attitude towards themselves and the environment, based on research into interdependence of human activities and immediate environment. Therefore, the purpose of the visit to our Info Center was for students to get acquainted with our Company, our policy related to sustainable development in terms of natural resources, and our activities that contribute to improving the quality of life in the immediate environment and reduce negative impact on the environment.
Our Info Center Associate Ivana Miletić hosted the students and professors, and introduced our Company and the Info Center to them for a duration of one school class. The information she shared with guests can be found in writing in the printed Leaflet at our Info Center, which contains basic information about the Raska Project, Raska mining history, Project history and plans, and social responsibility.
To mutual satisfaction, our guests enjoyed the visit and brought nice impressions with them from the Info Center.
